Delivery and returns

Thank you for your interest in my artwork and creations! Please read the sales policy below carefully before placing an order:

1. Orders and Payments

Original works: All original paintings are available for purchase while supplies last. Each piece is unique and signed by the artist.

Custom orders: If you would like a personalized creation, please refer to the commissions section. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the creation of your artwork.

Payments can be made via the secure methods accepted on this site (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card).

2. Shipping and Delivery

Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transit.

Shipping is available nationally and internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of the artwork.

Delivery times depend on your location and the availability of postal or courier services.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Original works: All sales of original artworks are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of damage during shipping (see below).

Custom orders: Due to their unique nature, custom artworks cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Damages During Shipping

If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of both the packaging and the damaged artwork. I will work with you to find a solution.

5. Copyright

All works, whether original or commissioned, remain the intellectual property of the artist, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

You may purchase a piece for private or decorative use, but it may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without my consent.

6. Lead Time for Custom Orders

The average lead time for a custom piece is between 4 and 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload. These timeframes can be adjusted to fit your needs and circumstances.
